On Wednesday July 28, 2010 a judgment was entered in Larimer County Court, Ft. Collins, CO against JR Flooring and Design in Case # 2010 S 000298.
This company is a contract company for ServiceMagic.
I have contacted Service Magic repeatedly about one of their contract companies called JR Flooring and Design in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
This company incorrectly installed a floor in my home (this has been documented by two independent inspection reports). Service Magic will not read the inspection reports and refuses to answer my latest emails about the pending court case against JR Flooring (a trial date is set). Let's see if Service Magic continues to use them after a judgement is entered.
I did not hire the installation company through Service Magic's website, but that shouldn't matter. Service Magic should not be referring customers to this company, knowing what they have done.
